Job Description
- Follow up with customers for timely recovery of outstanding payments
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and verify recovery status
- Negotiate repayment terms and settlements in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate recovery records and update daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding overdue accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices
- Meet assigned recovery targets within specified timelines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Running
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recovery or collections
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and perform field-based work
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets
- Good interpersonal skills and professional conduct
