Basic Information
Job Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules and processes.
- Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously optimize production methods to reduce costs and improve output.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 7-8 year's in a production of distillery companies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in production management software and tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control systems is a plus.
