Job Description

Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
Implement and monitor SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety guidelines.
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize production flow.
Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Prepare production reports and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum B.Tech (Food) or B.Tech (Dairy), or MSc (Food Microbiology).
At least 7–8 years of experience in a related FMCG production field, preferably dairy or beverages.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food processing, dairy production, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
