Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• PM Planner preparation and completion as per recommendations of OEM.
• Daily Machine and utility maintenance planning and completion.
• Daily Machine Breakdown attending and coordination with the Production Team.
• He will be responsible for maintaining all machines and utilities.
• ISO Documentation preparation.
• Sound Knowledge of PLC and VFD
• Handling all electrical and mechanical breakdowns and finding the main root cause by using the QC tools.
• Machine-wise spare part planning and mapping on a weekly basis.
• Daily machine checklist issue analysis.
• Technician and fitter shift planning and mapping the skill and identifying training needs and planning for training.
• QMS Documentation preparation on a monthly basis.
• Good Leadership as well as manpower handling skills.
• Maintaining the floor safety as well as human safety.
• Assisting and coordinating with immediate Superior on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

• Academic Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Electrical Engg Preferred)
• Minimum Experience of 4 years in plant maintenance.
• Strong skill in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance troubleshooting.
• Software knowledge – MS Office.
• Sound Knowledge of Soft and Hard Electrical Panel Wring.
