Job Description

  • Manage the complete HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and performance data
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across departments
  • Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
  • Track attendance, leave balances, punctuality, and generate reports
  • Monitor probation evaluations and performance review processes
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy employee relations
  • Organize employee engagement, welfare, and recognition programs
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act, SSF, and internal policies
  • Support administrative functions and maintain workplace discipline

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR and administration roles
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with HRIS, attendance, or payroll systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
