Job Description
- Manage the complete HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and performance data
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across departments
- Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
- Track attendance, leave balances, punctuality, and generate reports
- Monitor probation evaluations and performance review processes
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy employee relations
- Organize employee engagement, welfare, and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act, SSF, and internal policies
- Support administrative functions and maintain workplace discipline
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR and administration roles
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HRIS, attendance, or payroll systems preferred
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
