Engineer

Job Description

The SeniorEngineer will be responsible for completing the project within a specific time period. He/she will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
2. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
3. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
4. Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
5. Handling skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled human resources in the project site.
6. He/she will have to submit a project progress report on a daily basis.
7. Preparing work schedule, work plan, resource mobilization plan. 
8. Prepare running and final bill of the project timely. 
9. Coordination with client's representative for smooth execution of the project.
10. After completion of a project site, he/she will be mobilized to another project site as per the interest and discussion with head office.

Job Requirements

The Engineer is required to have the following qualification and skills:

1. Competent in Autocad, MS Office Package.
2. Fluency in both Nepali and English Languages both writing and verbal. 
3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. He/she should be able to work under pressure and tackle the situation.
