Delivery Associate

Job Description

• Loading, transporting, delivering items to the point of delivery.
• Loading, transporting, picking items from the point of origin.
• Reviewing packages before and after pickup/delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensure that the package is intact with proper packaging.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints
• Accepting payments along with necessary documents (e.g. ID documents, Electronic Proof of Delivery) during the course of pickup and delivery.
• Adhering to assigned routes, time schedules and safety procedures.
• Adhering to the dress code provided (bags, t-shirt, raincoat, jackets, helmets etc.), safe keeping of devices (mobile, scanner etc.)

Job Requirements

• SLC or equivalent, capable of using mobile applications.
• Possess smart phone(Android)
• Possess valid driver's license.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Should have own Two wheelers
