Basic Information
Job Description
- Loading, transporting, delivering items to the point of delivery.
- Loading, transporting, picking items from the point of origin.
- Reviewing packages before and after pickup/delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Ensure that the package is intact with proper packaging.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Accepting payments along with necessary documents (e.g. ID documents, Electronic Proof of Delivery) during the course of pickup and delivery.
- Adhering to assigned routes, time schedules and safety procedures.
- Adhering to the dress code provided (bags, t-shirt, raincoat, jackets, helmets etc.), safe keeping of devices (mobile, scanner etc.)
Job Requirements
- SLC or equivalent, capable of using mobile applications.
- Possess smart phone(Android)
- Possess valid driver's license.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Should have own Two wheelers
