Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Experience: minimum 5-8 years of experience in cement industry or a similar manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws and corporate governance
