Job Description
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
o Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
o Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
o Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Sales Operations:
o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
o Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
o Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and inventory levels.
4. Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
o Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates tothe Area Sales Manager.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Market Expansion:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
o Develop and execute plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Damak market and FMCG products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
