Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching FMCG products.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of goods to maintain product quality and compliance with safety standards.
Implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
2. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in inventory.
Ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet production and sales demands without overstocking.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) inventory practices to reduce wastage.
3. Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
Ensure that the warehouse team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Motivate the team to achieve performance targets, productivity goals, and maintain high morale.
4. Logistics and Dispatch:
Coordinate with transport teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Must have a Valid Driving License
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
