Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead the budgeting process, including working with department heads to ensure accurate and achievable budgets.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ master's degree in Account/Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steels or manufacturing
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
