Sr. Finance Officer

Job Description

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead the budgeting process, including working with department heads to ensure accurate and achievable budgets.
• Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ master's degree in Account/Finance 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steels or manufacturing
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
