Showroom Operation

Job Description

• Ensure excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Oversee showroom inventory, including restocking, organizing, and tracking product availability.
• Maintain a visually appealing showroom by arranging displays, signage, and product layouts for maximum customer engagement.
• Assist sales staff, providing information about products and facilitating the sales process.
• Ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the showroom, making sure it is a welcoming and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Manage and disburse petty cash for daily operational expenses, ensuring proper record-keeping and accountability.
   

Job Requirements

•  The candidate can either be a fresher or have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
•  A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
•  The candidate must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
