Service & Parts Head (Heavy Equipment)

Job Description

• Lead and manage the service and parts department for heavy equipment.
• Develop strategies to achieve departmental sales and service targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and quality parts availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for inventory management.
• Train and mentor service staff to enhance performance.
• Monitor and analyze department KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in service and parts operations within the heavy equipment or automotive industry. 
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
