Job Description

Lead and manage the service and parts department for heavy equipment.
Develop strategies to achieve departmental sales and service targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and quality parts availability.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for inventory management.
Train and mentor service staff to enhance performance.
Monitor and analyze department KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in service and parts operations within the heavy equipment or automotive industry.
Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
