Job Description
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely financial audits.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Semi Qualified CA or MBA in Finance
- Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing or Steels/cements industry
- Salary: Open at package
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
