Job Description

  • Planning & Budgeting
  • Assist in formulating the future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Develop financial strategies.
  • Manage budgeting processes.
  • Monthly Budgetary control and their reporting in each line item
  • Regulatory and compliance:
  • Regulatory compliance for NTA and other related governing bodies
  • Taxation (Indirect / Tax) Compliance
  • Financial Information
  • Oversee the issuance of financial information
  • Report financial results
  • Contract Management:
  • Establish contract management framework
  • Entered into Contract for each deal
  • Adherence to contract terms within timelines
  • The billing, receivables, and receipt as per the contract
  • Risk Management
  • Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
  • Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
  • Report risk issues to the executive team of the company.
  • Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
  • Fund Management
  • Monitor cash balances, depositions, and cash forecasts
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reconciliations.

Job Requirements

  • CA preferred
  • 10 plus working experience in any trading industry 
  • Should have a high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and skills with budget preparation and analysis, financial reporting preparation and presentation and the proven ability to translate technical financial data into informative reports.
  • Strong accounting skills and experience, including management of general ledger, journal entries, payroll, payables and balance sheet.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Prior staff supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are desired.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Good communication and excellent inter-personal skills.
