Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Description

• To create a lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology and Neuro-Surgery (Medicines, equipment & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs, etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements like a supply of Medicines, Bio-Medical equipment, accessories & consumable items for day-to-day and special during special Surgical Cases
• Follow-up for orders/payments, handle grievances, forward any service-related issues to the service department, control aging limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, 
• Assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head
• Conduct weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolve those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads and Management.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Preferably a bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Medical Technology/Medical Science or BBA/BBS  or preferably with a Technical Diploma in Biomedical / Electronics Engineering or a solid 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager/Officer/Executives in Medical Sectors with a Sales & Marketing of Medicines, Bio-medical Equipments, accessories & consumable items in Hospital/Clinics throughout Nepal.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business - Import/Export/Merchandising - preferably in the supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions throughout Nepal. Experience handling Surgery cases in the Orthopaedic Division, advanced wound Management & Critical Care Divisions
• All candidates must have compulsorily own a two-wheeler with updated Licenses
