Job Description

Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, CCTV systems, and printers
Troubleshoot hardware components (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and essential software
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of devices
Handle on-site service visits and technical support requests
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation of completed tasks
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Job Requirements

Minimum +2 (Intermediate) completed or Bachelor’s degree running (preferably in IT or related field)
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in repair and maintenance
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, CCTV systems, and printer troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking and software installation
Ability to work independently and manage field service tasks
Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
