Logistics Manager

Job Description

• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management activities
• Supervise logistics and warehouse teams for smooth daily operations
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules, transportation, and outbound logistics activities
• Coordinate timely delivery to dealers, distributors, and clients
• Maintain logistics documentation, stock records, dispatch reports, and inventory data
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve operational or logistics-related issues
• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and minimize delays
• Prepare regular operational and inventory reports for management review

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch operations
• Good leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of inventory or logistics management software will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
