Job Description
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management activities
- Supervise logistics and warehouse teams for smooth daily operations
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules, transportation, and outbound logistics activities
- Coordinate timely delivery to dealers, distributors, and clients
- Maintain logistics documentation, stock records, dispatch reports, and inventory data
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve operational or logistics-related issues
- Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and minimize delays
- Prepare regular operational and inventory reports for management review
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch operations
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of inventory or logistics management software will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
