Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily spare parts store operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory control, stock management, and record keeping.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely ordering of spare parts.
- Coordinate with service technicians and management regarding spare parts requirements.
- Handle receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of spare parts in the store.
- Maintain accurate documentation and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Assist customers and internal staff with spare parts-related queries.
- Ensure smooth workflow while following company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s running candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts or relevant automobile field.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory handling.
- Strong record-keeping and stock management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
