Job Description
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, and battery
- Perform system upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, Ubuntu)
- Resolve issues related to drivers, BIOS, and applications
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity problems
- Provide technical support to users for system performance and stability
- Maintain service logs, reports, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply)
- Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu environments
- Familiarity with BIOS settings, drivers, and peripheral devices
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
