Job Description

Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, and battery
Perform system upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, Ubuntu)
Resolve issues related to drivers, BIOS, and applications
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity problems
Provide technical support to users for system performance and stability
Maintain service logs, reports, and spare parts inventory
Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply)
Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu environments
Familiarity with BIOS settings, drivers, and peripheral devices
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
