MIS Officer

Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel tools (VBA/Macros)
• Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements
• Manage and maintain databases and data systems (DBMS)
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for management
• Support ERP systems and ensure smooth data flow within the organization
• Utilize BI tools to create visual reports and dashboards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS or data management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA/Macros)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Good communication and reporting skills
