Job Description

• Manage and coordinate import shipments, including liaising with clearing agents and freight forwarders.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, stock handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch and delivery operations to dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and logistics documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate closely with sales and accounts teams for order processing and delivery alignment.
• Identify and resolve logistics-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch processes, and import procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic logistics/reporting tools is preferred.
