Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping,
maintenance, and food and beverage
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are met and address any guest
complaints or concerns
• Supervise and manage the resort staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating
performance
• Maintain the physical property, including routine maintenance and repairs, to ensure
a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
• Manage the resort's budget and ensure that financial goals are met
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines
• Develop and implement programs to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with other departments to create special events and promotions for guests
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and superiors
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines for hotels and
resorts
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and property management software
