Job Description

• Design and Execute and to end training cycle to measurably contribute to the intuitions Performance .
• Ensure Employees have right degree of competencies , strong drive to performance and good understanding of business plans and organizational values
• Link employees competencies to Orgarazation competencies and bridge and gaps throng competency  matrix training calendar acculturation system and problem solving initiatives
• Make training system continues and sustainable to make training fun and appeprately  HODs proving ROs of traings

Job Requirements

• MBA with 2 year of experience in training and Development Department bank and financial Intuitions  in management position with proven track record of improving from training  intentions
• Demonstrated skill in people management and coordination of tanning components  .
• Highly organized and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlines
