Job Description

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, etc.).
Track IT equipment status, including repairs, replacements, and assignments.
Provide technical support for employees on hardware, software, and network issues.

Job Requirements

Experience: IT Admin, Technical Support, or similar roles preferred
Qualification: BSc IT / BIM or related field
Strong problem-solving skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of network configurations, software installations, and system updates.
Ability to communicate effectively and document technical issues clearly.
