Junior Service Advisior

Job Description

• Greet customers and assess their service requirements.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance based on vehicle inspections and customer concerns.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
• Communicate service updates and estimates to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair.
• Process service orders and invoices accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Automobile can apply.
• 1 year in related field can apply.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Organizational and computer skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
