Job Description

Develop and implement internal audit plans and strategies

Assess internal controls and identify process improvements

Ensure compliance with auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulations

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations

Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
Job Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
CAP, CA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred
-
8–10 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector
-
Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and risk management
-
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
