Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and directing visitors appropriately
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain proper records of visitors and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (running or completed)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (front desk, customer service, or administration)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently
- Good organizational and time management skills
