Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about services and guide clients accordingly
  • Support counselling processes by coordinating appointments and maintaining records
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or front desk management
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
  • Confident, well-presented, and client-focused personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and manage pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
