Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services and guide clients accordingly
- Support counselling processes by coordinating appointments and maintaining records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or front desk management
- Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Confident, well-presented, and client-focused personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Ability to handle clients professionally and manage pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
