Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and plans.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- BBA/MBA graduates
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing factory based operations.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
