Finance Manager

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in a timely manner.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Review and interpret financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Requirements

• MBA in Finance/Semi-Qualified CA /CA
• 5 years + in Manufactuting industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
