Deputy Finance Manager

Job Description

• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies
• Manage and supervise finance staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and financial reporting standards
• Work with external auditors to prepare for and complete audits
• Represent the finance department at meetings and presentations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest financial trends and best practices

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in accounting or finance is desirable
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Experience in managing and supervising staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
