Job Description
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance service quality.
- Participate in customer outreach programs and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's running or completed in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven one year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
