Job Description

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes using traditional techniques, including wok cooking, dim sum preparation, and regional specialties (Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.).

Design and update menus to reflect seasonal availability and culinary trends.

Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, hygiene, and quality standards.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient kitchen workflow.
Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Passion for authentic cooking and innovation in menu development.
