Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all construction projects

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities

Manage construction bidding, tender documentation, and vendor coordination

Supervise office operations, staff management, and workflow efficiency

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines

Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community stakeholders
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred

10–15 years of experience in the construction field

In-depth knowledge of the construction community and bidding processes

Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams effectively
