Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred

10–15 years of experience in the construction field

In-depth knowledge of the construction community and bidding processes

Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams effectively
