Job Description

Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals of the board of directors.
Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Oversee all aspects of operations, including financial management, business development, and talent acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
Drive growth initiatives and identify new opportunities for expansion and diversification.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Completed or Masters will be preferred
Proven track record of 10-15 years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar leadership role within any sector
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
