Job Description

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals of the board of directors.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including financial management, business development, and talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
• Drive growth initiatives and identify new opportunities for expansion and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Completed or Masters will be preferred
• Proven track record of 10-15 years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar leadership role within any sector
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
