Job Description
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes across Indian, Western, and Arabic cuisines.
- Plan menus, ensuring variety and quality in food offerings.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier coordination.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: SLC or Intermediate level.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Expertise in Indian, Western, and Arabic cuisines.
- Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
