Job Description

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes across Indian, Western, and Arabic cuisines.
  • Plan menus, ensuring variety and quality in food offerings.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier coordination.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: SLC or Intermediate level.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Indian, Western, and Arabic cuisines.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
