Job Description
Periodic audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards
Whenever compliance problem arises, conduct investigation to discover the root cause of the issue and provide solution for the problem
Manage and supervise control systems as per statutory requirement and company policy
Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policy guidelines
Evaluate the efficiency of the controls
Identify risks or non-conformity issues
Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies
Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with all department heads
Revise procedures, reports on a periodically as and when needed
Schedule I-audit and proper implementation of audit practice in the organization as per agreed targets
Keep UpToDate information on the new developments in compliance and audit best practices within or outside of the company
Prepare and present report to senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Job Requirements
Proven experience as Audit & Compliance role
In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Qualified or Semi Qualified Charted Accountant with Minimum 5 Plus years of manufacturing industry knowledge (Preferably from Construction Industry)
