Assistant Manager – F&A (Finance & Accounts)

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support financial audits and liaise with auditors as required.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Assist the finance team in improving processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage financial operations independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
