Accounts / Finance Manager

Job Description

• Overall responsibility of  Accounts related to factory Accounts .
• Budget Monitoring & Cost Control.
• Yearly Budget Planning and monthly forecasts.
• Calculation of Landed cost / MIS report
• Factory wages and OT control-Factory accounts to be prepared as per GAAP and NFRS.
• Sales/Stock transfers ensuring that correct rates have been made.
• Conversion Cost Attributes( Manpower/Energy /Gen. Store /Consumption Cost
• Control over general stores. To ensure that ratio between capitalization and expenses is maintained.
• Ensure all GRN entries are made as per decided timelines.
• Handling manufacturing accounting, control over wastage/Miss roll /bi-products
• Preparing Cost Sheet of products, variance analysis
• Timely Dispatch and freight control.
• Carryout physical verification of all materials periodically.
• Overall responsibility for statutory filings such as VAT, TDS etc
• Provide productivity related Training, Train and develop subordinates.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have sound number of years  8-10  yrs. of experience working on manufacturing industry. ( Preferred from Steels / Cement)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Candidate should have good command in Accounting software/ERP .
•  Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master/CA semi qualified/ CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience
