Job Description
- Prepare budget forecasts and present financial and budget reports
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping account books and records in accounting systems up to date.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Maintain and Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, vat return filing & TDS.
- To maintain the office equipment and assets.
- To keep a proper record of all company employees.
- To promote measures to manage the company assets optimally.
- To meet the requirements of other departments.
- To assist in superior internal control, checks on asset inventory.
- To assist in proper asset inventory reporting.
- To ensure effortless coordination within the department as well as with other departments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management (preferably Master’s Degree) with at least two years of working experience in development organizations in admin and finance role
- Sound understanding of tax rules and government compliance and a strong eye for detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and Tally Software
- Knowledge of budget management
- Sound communication and interpersonal skill
- Preferably a two-wheeler vehicle
- Must have knowledge of Accounting software.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
