Job Description
- Managing client accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written(Decent Personality).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with systems used for account management would be advantageous.
- Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable while maximizing revenue and profitability for the company.
- Monitor and track key account performance metrics, including revenue, retention, satisfaction, and engagement, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Recently Graduated (BBA )
- More than 1 year of working experience in a Related Field OR Fresher is also encouraged to apply.
- Bike licence is Mandatory
