Basic Information
Job Description
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger updates
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support in tax-related documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA / BBS (Accounting or Finance specialization preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience as an Accountant or Account Assistant (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Swastik ERP and Tally ERP
- Good interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
