Job Description
- Assist with the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a year of experience in related field
- Intermediate completed or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
