Access to Finance Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase access to finance for underserved populations.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with financial institutions, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in financial inclusion and leverage insights to inform strategy.
• Manage the implementation of access to finance programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to track progress and measure impact.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of access to finance initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree (desired).
• Minimum experience in finance, banking, or relevant fields (typically 5+ years).
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Must be flexible to travel Lumbini Province
