Job Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop operations.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance of technicians and mechanics.
Ensure timely servicing, repair, and delivery of vehicles.
Maintain workshop inventory, tools, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality service procedures.
Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relations.
Prepare service reports, job cards, and performance summaries.
Coordinate with the parts and service departments for smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in workshop management or service supervision in the automobile industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
