Job Description

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in writing Backend and Frontend scalable Node and React Application.
• Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in one or more MVC Frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, etc.
• Fluent in CSS, JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS pre-processors including Sass and LESS.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Typescript is a plus.
• Experience with version control software.
• Experience working with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usuage of push notifications.
• BSCCsIT with 6 years experience in relevant field.
