Job Description
- Apply analytical expertise and reporting services to key operations performance indicators in order to identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive down costs.
- Pro-active monitoring of shipment movements, activating contingency plans
- Respond promptly to network requests and timely updates of service incidents.
Job Requirements
- 1.5 years preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry
- Demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization’s business processes
- Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organization
