Assistant Logistics Manager

Job Description

• Assist in planning and managing end-to-end logistics operations.
• Handle import/export documentation and coordinate custom clearance processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control procedures.
• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and dispatch.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, vendors, and transport providers.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Support cost optimization initiatives within logistics operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics within the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and custom clearance.
• Good understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
