Senior Project Lead (Real Estate Development)

Job Description

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of construction management, building codes, commercial property standards, and safety regulations.
• Expertise in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of the multipurpose commercial building project, setting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure long-term project viability and financial performance.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring the highest standards in design, functionality, safety, and efficiency for commercial use.
• Provide financial oversight, managing costs, approving budgets, and ensuring the project remains profitable.
• Identify project risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, contractors, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and reports.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, site managers, and contractors, driving collaboration towards successful project delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance at every stage, including the final inspection and handover, with a focus on commercial-grade standards and post-construction support.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master's preferred).
• Must have 7+ years of senior project management experience, preferably within commercial real estate or construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
