Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the performance of sales representatives.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team and with other departments.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical conduct.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduates can apply.
• 1-2 years of experienced in Hospitality sector. 
• Overseas daily operations and maintain smooth work flow. 
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
